The community’s gated entry keypad system was down during a weeklong deluge. The board needed to secure a vendor and reassure homeowners the problem would be addressed promptly.
Resolution:
The Associa Principal Management Group of Houston community manager constantly communicated with board members via mail, email, and signage to reassure the homeowners that once the rain stopped, a contractor would be on standby to make the repairs. Once the rain finally stopped, the community manager arranged fora vendor to arrive first thing on Saturday morning to repair the keypad system.The board was pleased to see that Associa Principal Management Group of Houston has qualified contractors that provide quick, top-notch service to its communities.
