Established in 1976 and part of the Associa management company network since 1998, Associa Principal Management Group of Houston has served the greater metro Houston, Katy, Spring, Conroe, and The Woodlands areas for almost five decades. Our 130 team members in two branch offices lead the industry in professional certifications and have helped hundreds of local associations achieve their vision.

Associa Cares is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity that assists families and communities in crisis as a result of natural or man-made disasters. Funded entirely by tax-deductible donations of Associa employees and concerned citizens, we administer resources where they are most needed. We help people get back on their feet and recover as quickly as possible.
