Three Community Managers Complete CAI M100 Essentials of Community Association Management Course as First Step in Becoming a Certified Manager of Community Associations

Houston, TX November 10, 2009 - Principal Management Group Houston (PMGH), an Associa Company, congratulates Ericka Plock, Lisa Henkhaus and Suzanne Nurre for recently completing and passing the Community Association Institute (CAI) M100: Essentials of Community Association Management.

CAI educational programs and standards of conduct help community managers increase knowledge and professionalism to provide community associations quality and thoughtful management services. CAI is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. Some 57 million Americans live in the nation’s estimated 286,000 association-governed communities. CAI’s more than 28,000 members include community association volunteer leaders, managers, management companies and businesses that provide products and services to these communities.

Community managers and other association management professionals have opportunities to further show their expertise and experience through association management certifications. After completing the CAI M100, community managers like Ms. Plock, Ms Henkhaus and Ms. Nurre have the opportunity to take the CMCA National Certification Exam to become a Certified Manager of Community Associations. Certified managers must adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.
